âWalking distance to one of the many dining options in downtown Boise, or stay in for the incredible restaurant and bar in the Hotel itself. The rooms are historic and beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, etc, etc...But what REALLY makes this place stand out is the customer service. Every single person I dealt with was more than accommodating to all of my needs. I will definitely be staying there the next time I'm in town. â

âAlthough it wasn't a Ada room, the bathroom was plenty big enough. And so was the shower, grab handles would be beneficial inside the shower, not just for AD. A people, but for others as well. The breakfast downstairs in the morning was excellent, good variety. And the omelet chef was phenomenal, my dad really loved it.â
