Newly renovated apartment with a communal pool and terrace on the roof of the building and fully equipped and furnished of 80 m2, located in a building with an elevator and in the heart of Barcelona, in front of the imposing Arc de Triomphe.

Near the apartment you will find plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and stores. Eixample is a very well connected area with metro and bus lines (Arco de Triunfo). In the Borne district is just a few meters from the famous and imposing Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella, the famous Plaza Catalunya is also very close to this apartment. The Gothic Quarter is just steps away, there you will find the best kept secrets of the city (bars, markets, unique stores, architectural gems and much more. And the best part is that the beach is very close to this building. In short, it is the ideal area for you to enjoy the charm of Barcelona.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
