“Nice property. Clean, It doesn't mention that 2nd bathroom is downstairs. It was a little farther from town than we wanted but it was still nice.”

“Very peaceful and serene location. Close to town. Clean home. Beds and linens were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Will hopefully return again.”

“We had an amazing few days and this house and host were wonderful. Wanted to celebrate by 60th birthday with my siblings, and Bardstwon was the best location for us. House is very well decorated, compfortable, and fully equipped, We really appreciated some of the "extras" you provided It made the stay so much more enjoyable (coffee filters, cream & sugar, hair dryer, "in case you forget it bin" , bourbon ice, and much more). Hope to come back to Bardstown soon.”

“The host was great work with. The home was clean and perfect for our family. It is very close to downtown Bardstown and the ice cream truck came through the neighborhood.”

“We really liked the property as it was very clean and had everything you would want in the house. It was close to downtown Bardstown and every place that one would really want to go to in the area. Amy, our host, was very good as well. The nice thing for us it was also pet friendly. The only drawback, if you could call it that, was it was right behind an Arby's, so every once in awhile you would hear the traffic from that. Overall, it was not a distraction and yes we would stay there again.”

“This rental was perfect for our trip. The neighborhood felt safe, welcoming and was very quiet, This location is unbeatable and just walking distance from downtown Bardstown with shopping, restaurants, historic sites, and local favorites. If you are here for the bourbon, it is close to several well-known distilleries that offer tastings/tours. It is also close to many hiking trails and one of our favorite outdoor locations in the area - Bernheim Forest & Arboretum. The property itself was clean,...

“The Black Swan is an excellent place to stay in Bardstown, KY. Very clean, well stocked with essentials for a long stay. Close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. The Rick House is less than 2 blocks and has excellent food. We would certainly recommend The Black Swan.”

“This is the perfect little vacation house! Everything is incredibly well-kept and well-styled. The house has everything you need, plus many personal touches that make you feel at home. It’s super close to lots of distilleries and downtown Bardstown, making for easy adventures. We will certainly be back!”

“Perfect location to stay to walk to downtown bars and restaurants. Nice location to stay with access to many of the Bourbon Trail distilleries. House is filled with all needed amenities. Easy entrance and instructions for check in and check out. Would stay at The Bard House again if we ever visited Bardstown and the Bourbon Trail again. ”

“The host was helpful and friendly. She responded quickly and left many brochures at the house for local places to visit. The house was clean and comfortable and everything you would need for a great stay was available. It was also perfectly located to everything. We didn’t get to see all of the things we wanted to see, so we will come back to see the rest!”

“We had a wonderful girls trip to this lovely home! Anything you could think of was available! Hope to come back when the weather permits to enjoy all the awesome outdoor areas!”
