Palats i Barga

“Fantastiskt vackert!”

“Excellent stay and quite spacious! Rita was an amazing host, and her breakfast was quite filling. I’ll be going back for a cooking class! This location is also very quiet and private, which I appreciated.”

“The location is great, but the amenities of the place were very minimal. There was no WiFi at all, and the host did not mention this until a few hours after I asked after check in, she just said “it’s broke”, so if someone was on a business trip or could only use their phone via WiFi, this should not be your place. There was no way to make coffee, which is really odd being in Italy, the home of coffee, so there was no coffee machine or a kettle to properly make it. I think the layout isn’t that...

“What a lovely hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive. Breakfast was excellent — great selection and fresh ingredients, a really good start to the day. The pool area is perfect for just hanging out and relaxing, and the atmosphere there is superb. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight. The seafood was beautifully prepared, and I’d warmly recommend their “speciality” — order it, you won’t be disappointed. The view makes...

“The helpful and friendly staff makes this quite modest hotel a wonderful place to stay. The room was small but everything was neat and clean. 4-5 min walk to the beach. The location is good if you have a car, otherwise it’s a bit off. Breakfast is ok, simple and lacked fresh vegetables. But the lovely staff makes you excellent coffee. One morning my teenage sons slept over breakfast, which the staff noticed and made them a tray for me to bring to the room. That says it all!”
