“Overpriced substandard facilities. Freezing cold bedroom. Ugly architecture, dark and dingy. Dirty dark and cold bathroom. Window stained with dead bugs and dust. No heaters to compensate. Very depressing. No hot water. We were forced to to ask them to boil water and put it into buckets in order to wash ourselves by using an empty margarine container. Unheard of when we have paid £900 to be in this tacky facility worthy of a YMCA student accommodation Location of the property is very bad....

“We actually stayed at the sister camp Serengeti Safari Lodge because of an upgrade. We had a tented cabin with a nice bathtub, separate shower, nice comfy bed tented with a mosquito net. We could see some game from our balcony and could see the sunrise from our bed, Which made our stay an unforgettable experience. The staff is very kind and attentive. We booked the game drives with the Lodge and it was a wonderful experience. ”
