“We had a good stay at Palmares overall. The property itself is gorgeous and our Signature Apartment was a huge highlight — spacious, spotless, well designed and really comfortable. “It was tidy place, but cockroaches. I guess theres not much you can do considering the country we were in. When we walked in to the unit, the entire unit smelt like cleaning product which lasted over a day and it bothered me a bit. Having working stove, microwave and sink was handy! Power goes out if you use stove and microwave at the same time though. It was hard rocommunicate with the host unless you walk in to the check in office. I tried to reply their email, it bounced back as it is...

“Vi hade en underbar vistelse på Sollagos. Trevligt litet familjehotell med enkla och vackra rum med fina gamla detaljer i den delen vi bodde i. Vacker trädgård med poolområde. En liten promenad så var man inne i Lagos gamla stad eller vandring utmed klipporna och kusten. Vi gick även till Meia Praia från hotellet. Väldigt vänlig service. ”

“The apartment is nice and well appointed. The balcony is very large and nice. The only confusion was with the Google coordinates, don’t use them. Instead type the name of the apartment complex. Also, it is considered floor 2, but is actually the top floor or level 3, but the elevator says 2… I don’t know. Maybe the 1st floor is 0 floor. The parking spot was the most challenging aspect. It was definitely the most difficult parking spot I have EVER navigated in 40 years of driving. So much so, I...

“A nice place. Relatively close to the Lagos centre, maybe a 15 minute walk. There is parking, but it's a bit of a tight squeeze. We ended up parking elsewhere in the area because getting the car in and out was a hassle with a rental. Big balcony area. Updated kitchen. Access to the pool, but we did not end up using it. The company provided a lot of helpful information during check-in, with lots of videos. This was helpful in actually getting into the building.”

“Great location at the top of old town. About 2 minutes to the centre of town and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooftop was a beautiful spot! Light sleepers come prepared - you will hear street noise and seagulls even with the shutters closed. Overall a clean and comfortable stay, would recommend to friends and family.”
