“We have rented for many years. Homes, cabins, etc. This cottage was outstanding. We were perfectly happy with the stay. Very clean. Everything seemed to be new. Privacy fence around the entire backyard, which was great for us as well as the dog. Near enough to downtown but approx. 3/4 mile or more to walk. All level walking area, but the heat can take its toll. There is plenty of parking in town, so if walking is an issue I suggest the short drive. The owners of the cottage were available at all...

The only caution I offer is that the fold out bed is probably not suitable for anyone too tall. “This was a great house. Very charming and cozy. All of the furniture and decor were antiques. The house was very eclectic. There was also parking on site which was great Location is very convenient for getting around, we were a short walk to all the great things that downtown had to offer. The owner was great and extremely friendly. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Asheville!”
