“Well appointed kitchen, bath and all. Beautiful house in the woods, everything we expected and more. (There was a musty smell when you first walk in, from the basement maybe?)”

“There was enough room for my large family to sleep and eat. It was very private and quiet as there are only cornfields and trees surrounding the property. The host was very helpful and friendly. There was not a swing set as pictured, but the kids had fun playing in the loft. ”

“The EarthHouse is wonderful. We experienced a nice clean comfortable space. The decorations were amazing with a mix of antiques and modern decor. We could tell the hosts were creative and artistic. The hosts gave us plenty of coffee, which I appreciated. The town is beyond charming. I highly recommend both a visit to the village of Mount Horeb as well as staying at the EarthHouse!”

“Stayed for the workweek with my teenage son. Felt comfortable walking outside and having my kid drive himself places (he is used to small town driving). Easy drive over to UW for practices but nice to be ‘living’ out of the bigger city. Loved seeing all the fireflies in the backyard each evening. Very attentive host, easy to communicate with and quick responses. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen had what was needed to be able to make our own foods.
