“Excellent base for our stay. Hosts very responsive to questions. Great view from the apartment, and use of the pool which it overlooks. A/C in both main rooms helped one to remain comfortable throughout our stay. Very well equipped apartment. Need Uber or taxi to reach the old town but easily available. Plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and beach very nearby. Would thoroughly recommend.”

It was right in the heart of the Old Walled City, just steps from restaurants, shops, etc. It was spacious and had good WiFi and even a desk to work at. “This rental deserves all five stars. From the start, having a guide to explain everything around the apartment was new to me. Of course you can search around for things but how nice is it when you don't have to do it yourself. Also, it gave us a chance to ask questions. The property was very clean and had all the amitities my famy and I needed including kitchen ware, beach towels and beach chairs and also Monopoly (which we played during the night). “What an amazing place cartagena is and what made it even better was Tom and his amazing condo. Ever since I booked the condo he was communicating with me. Not only did he give us vidoes of the place but every single question he answered no matter how many there was. He also gave us some grear food choices in the walled city and trips to islands for a beach day with beautiful water. The best host we ever had before. The location was perfect. “If the condo is available for your dates. Just go ahead and book! We had a wonderful trip to Cartagena and the place was perfect. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms. Everything is very clean and the pool at the condo is great. Iraida is the housekeeper and she is the very best part of renting the condo. She is incredibly sweet and her cooking is truly amazing! The meals we had had at the condo were some of the best of the trip. She even made hand cut fries for our picky kids. She is lovely and...

“Only one issue… no warm or hot water on any of the bedrooms.. sometimes in the kitchen but hit and miss They tried to adjust the temp on water tank but it did not work.”

“It is a very cute condo that can accommodate two adults and two children. It has a very nice view to the beach. You only have to walk two minutes to get to the beach. It is not far from the historical district. It’s only 22 minutes walk. It’s only a few minutes walk from the grocery store. Nice condo and nice location”

“Communication with the host Omar was amazing, very helpful and considerate. The apartment is great, nice views to the sea, and a comfortable bed. Pool facilities are fantastic and only getting better. You just need to allow for transport since it is outside of the city, and this also limits the dining / drinking options a little. Otherwise well worth a stay right on the beach.”

“The elevators in the building are a disaster! You waste half your day trying to get up to your room or down. Very aged infrastructure. Apartments vary by owner. Some have no blankets only a flat sheet, luke warm shower water with very light water pressure and aged cutlery and plastic plates and glasses made of plastic.”
