“We had the pleasure of staying a week at this offering and enjoyed every moment of it. It is private and very easily accessed on the hill overlooking the Quepos marina and beaches. It is located within the grounds of Las Cascadas boutique hotel and parking is on the secure private grounds. The brothers Dylan and Brandon run the place and were wonderful to us and always available to help in any way. They were very helpful to recommend and choose excursions that best fit our hoped for adventures....

“We had an amazing stay! Itza was very accommodating, and had wonderful recommendations. The house was absolutely beautiful and was just as fantastic as the pictures. As we were not the only guests in the house and weren’t booked in the main house we didn’t have access to the pool, but Itza generously allowed us to use the pool before the other guests arrived. There is nothing I would have changed it was a wonderful experience.”

“Very clean and well-appointed, this property is ideal for a budget travel who wants to have an authentic experience. Everything you want to do is nearby and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating at check-in, check-out, and during our stay. Communication was excellent. “We spent just over a week in Quepos and stayed at Las Cascadas the entire time. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this property. They were helpful, friendly and all around amazing. We ate at the restaurant a few times and it was great every time. The location is a 5ish min walk to the marina and about 10 min into the main part of town. “Came in town to handle property business for family. This rental was a bit off the path for us. But none the less it was beautiful, clean, we felt safe and the owner was very informative. The cleaners were very nice as well. We saw many monkeys playing in the trees. Highly recommend this rental.”
