We were at the end of our Panama/Costa Rica trip and had actually just decided to cut it short because I was starting to feel sick. But we had this last hike to try out and I was just hoping both that I would feel well enough and also that our car would be able to make it back on the very steep gravel road back from the parking spot (after almost getting stuck around Monteverde earlier on the trip). As we’ve been getting used to we were first to arrive so we had this awesome place completely to ourselves for a little while in the morning before other tourists started to drop in. It really felt like a fairytale. (Oh, and the car made it back okay!) #nature #costarica #centralamerica #waterfalls

“ The directions to the property are terrible when looking for it at 12am. and have never been to Costa Rica, maps.app.goo.gl does not work on a US based cell phone? There was no complimentary bottled water, clothes dryer, hair dryer, wash rags, or cleaning supplies. All beds need memory foam pads. It isn't beach view, its over 1.5 km from the beach, but it is 120m from a busy highway. Also, allow 4 to 5 hrs. to and from SJO airport, for traffic. Just being honest, for future travelers.”
