Barwon Beach & Golf Getaway

Position perfect opposite the iconic Barwon Heads Golf Club, easy walking distance to the river, beach, shops and access to the surf, this is as good as it gets for convenience in Barwon Heads. Wonderful family home with a delightful garden, this is a perfect escape for one or two families. Four excellent bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas compliments this perfect Bellarine Peninsular holiday house.

The Space:
There are four generous bedrooms. The master has a Queen bed and ensuite, second bedroom has Queen bed and two further bedrooms have two singles in each, sleeping a total of 8 people. There are two living areas, and a family bathroom.

Guest Access:
The entire house is available for tenants. The garage is not accessible to tenants and remains locked.

The Neighborhood:
Barwon Heads is a delightful coastal village located at the mouth of the Barwon River, 22 kilometres south-east of Geelong, and just across the river from its twin beachside town, Ocean Grove. Both are extremely popular coastal resorts offering beautiful beach holiday rentals, magnificent surf beaches on the doorstep of Bass Strait, safe family-friendly beaches along the river, unlimited sporting choices, and bustling town centres with every shopping and dining option you need.

A short car trip will deliver you to some of Victoria’s finest wineries and craft breweries, outstanding regional restaurants, the urban delights of Geelong, and the popular surfcoast towns of Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale, Torquay, Anglesea and Lorne – and, of course, the iconic Great Ocean Road.

Among the major annual festivals and events in the area are the Victorian Open Golf Championship at 13th Beach, the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race, the Queenscliff Music Festival, Geelong’s Toast To The Coast festival, the Rip To River fun run, and Barwon Heads’ Festival Of The Sea. So a Getaway Rental property can provide you with the ideal home base from which you can explore any number of these events.

Golf women

We were a group of golfing women visiting for a Barwon heads tournament, the location is perfect for both the golf club and the town. The car only moved to visit other golf clubs. The house was perfect with two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms it would suit two families for a beach holiday

Great spot, nice place. Dishwasher needs replacing, would get stuck on. No blackouts on the windows makes it hard to sleep.

Family holiday

Very conveniently laid out for two families with two bedrooms at each end of property and two living areas. Very spacious house. Close to everything, shops, beach, golf and tennis courts. Will definitely book again.
