“I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. My room was serviced everyday, room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. AC worked well. The staff was helpful and the hotel also has dine in option with steak restaurant. Across the hotel is a mall and around the neighborhood is a bunch of restaurants and shopping. Easy to flag a taxi down. Everyone spoke English really well. Had a good time”

“One of the absolute best hotels i have stayed in here in Philippines for the price. The standard is great! The staff great also. Compared to other hotels in Cebu area this one feels like the best. “The Diane residences is a nice quiet stay. The staff is very accommodating and there is a wonderful little restaurant right next-door as well as a tennis center down the block. It is a ways from major shopping areas, but that can either be a positive or negative depending on whether you want quiet and peace or you want the loud city commotion. “This is a independen hotel, and rhey really make an effort to serve. Al staff we dealt with was really helpful, e.g while waiting for taxi the concierge staff cleaned our dirty suitcases. Rooms are fine, one does hear some street noise in rooms facing stree, but we slept well. The roof top bar very nice, they had a great band playing and drinks were quite cheap”

"The staff was very service minded and friendly. It was as if I was their friend. On the way in to the breakfast I had to state my room number. On the way out 1 hour later in an almost full restaurant the cashier remembered my room number. All in all the staff will give you a very strong feeling of being at home I will go back one day "
