Wunderbar und Perfekt
Wir waren höchst zufrieden und die 14 Tage genossen wir, es entwickelte sich eine Freundschaft zwischen Gordona, Ivo und uns. Schon zu Beginn wurden wir mit einer leckereren Brotzeit und anschl. Abendessen überrascht. Das Haus sehr angenehm und die Küche perfekt eingerichtet, selbst die wichtigsten Gewürze, Küchentücher, Handtücher, Backpapier., Spülmitteltabs, Waschmitteltabs....... und schöner Garten mit schattigen Plätzen, was bei 34 Grad sehr wichtig war. Der Pool, ein Traum, viel größer als andere und wunderbarer Blick zum Meer. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen, Top!!!! S. u. N.

Fabulous property. Lovely owners
We knew we’d booked somewhere special the moment we arrived. We were greeted by Antonio and his dad Ivo. They showed us round and shortly after Ivo brought us a meal! They were really helpful and welcoming. The property is comfortable and has everything you need (including great air con). The outside areas are fantastic. There is a lovely terraced area with natural tree shading for eating/relaxing. The pool is excellent and has more terracing with views out to the sea and up to the mountains. We swam there to cool off during the day and then under the stars at night. The coastline is stunning in both directions, with beautiful beaches and little bays.

Such caring hosts
Gordana and her husband went above and beyond to welcome us. Seeing how tired we were on arrival, they not only had provided a cold plate of local meats cheeses etc, but also made us dinner that evening. We have never felt so looked after by property owners. Popped over discreetly throughout our stay to service the pool and look after the garden, brought grapes from their own vines and their olive oil. Hospitality was second to none. We loved the privacy of this property, it was well equipped and spotless. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit in Krvavica!
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Krvavica sehr genossen, vor allem Dank des tollen Ferienhauses! Es ist total schön gelegen mit seinen Sitzplätzen unter Olivenbäumen, einem tollen Pool und einer wirklich umfangreichen Ausstattung. Das Haus oder die Ferienvilla haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden, aber das allergrößte Lob verdienen wohl die Vermieter! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch während des Urlaubs super betreut! Herzlichsten Dank von uns allen, wir können die Villa nur empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder!

Ein kleines Paradies mit wundervollen Gastgebern
Das Haus liegt ruhig und ist eine Oase für Erholung. Der wundervolle grosse Garten mit den tollen Pflanzen ist ein Paradies. Ob unter den schönen Olivenbäumen oder am gepflegten Pool, man findet von morgens früh bis abends spät einen Platz zum geniessen. Die Gastgeber, Ivo und Gordana sind absolut WOW. Sie sind unglaublich aufmerksam, unterstützen wenn nötig. Sie haben auch öfters für unser leibliches Wohl gesorgt. Wirklich grosszügig und sehr lieb. Vielen Dank und ja, das ist ein Ort zum Wiederkommen!

Schöner Aufenthalt im Sommer 2021. Tolles Haus und super Gastgeber.
Wir haben die Tage bei Gordana und Ivo sehr genossen. Das Haus entsprach in vollem Umfang unseren Wünschen und Anforderungen. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Art von Gordana und Ivo, nicht nur bei der Begrüßung, sondern den gesamten Aufenthalt über. Die Pflege des Pools, der Außenanlage und auch die Reinigung des Hauses erfolgten ohne große Einschränkung für unseren Urlaub. Die Worte „Wenn ihr etwas braucht einfach melden“ bei der Begrüßung waren nicht nur eine Floskel sondern begleiteten den ganzen Aufenthalt bis hin zur Abreise. Vielen Dank Gordana und Ivo für die schöne Zeit und eure Herzlichkeit. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Urlaub wie er sein soll
Wer in Ruhe Urlaub machen möchte, ist bei Gordana und Ivo genau richtig. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist super! Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter haben uns sogar regelmäßig mit leckerem Essen versorgt. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wunderbar! Zum Strand muss man 7–10 Minuten zu Fuß bergab gehen. Hat uns nicht gestört. Wir kommen wieder. Ganz bestimmt! Danke für alles, Gordana und Ivo. Dank Euch und Eurem tollen Haus hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub in Krvavica!

Quite possibly our best summer holiday ever
Beautiful, spotlessly clean house; gorgeous pool, incredible views and very kind and generous hosts. We loved the comfy beds and quality linen, the powerful showers, the well-equipped kitchen, the privacy, the plentiful outdoor spaces, the barbeque and did I already mention the views? 10/10

Exceeding expectations
What else can we add beyond all the positive comments already given for this property? Everything said is absolutely correct! The place is spotless and appears so clean and new that one gets the impression being the very first person staying at this place ever. The wonderful garden is plentiful of amazing aromas from lavender and fresh kitchen herbs - and all under the wonderful shade of the old olive trees. All this is topped by the hospitality and friendlyness of Ivo and Gordona. Starting with a appetizer plate of local delicacies at arrival, fresh cherries the next and ultimately a delicous dinner with fresh ocean fish grilled just for us - this is vacation as it best. The villa is located a bit up the hill, which allows for a fresh ocean breeze when temperatures are high. The local beach - only few minutes away by car - has its own shadowed pine tree forest which gives plenty of shade if you desire. And the nearby small by very authentic fisher village Bratus counts with a wonderful local restaurant directly at the beach. After all, a wonderful and memorable stay which we can recommend to everyone who wants to experience the hospitaly of Croatia a bit off the beaten path - and still at the seaside - in a top quality setting.

Great Holiday
Had a great stay at Villa Toni, the property is spotlessly clean an ideally situated. The owners are very friendly and could not do enough to assist you dealing very promptly with any queries and even cooked us dinner one night. Could not fault it.

Superbe maison très propre avec vue magnifique !
Villa idéalement placée au calme, avec piscine et vue imprenable, avec surtout ombre pour déjeuner sous les oliviers. Maison très propre. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise d'avoir des fruits, des légumes, du jus d'orange, une bouteille de vin et un plateau de fromage et de charcuterie, et enfin un soir Yvan nous a offert un repas barbecue composé de brochettes et de légumes grillés, un régal ! La seule petite chose à dire concerne les matelas pas assez durs à notre goût, mais cela reste un détail ! Yvan s'est très bien occupé de nous

Ein Haus der Superlative
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Toni sehr genossen und waren mit jedem Aspekt des Aufenthaltes mehr als zufrieden. Die Hügellage ermöglichte eine atemberaubende Aussicht aufs Meer, das kleine Städtchen Krvavica sowie die Gebirgskette. Der lokale Strand war schön und gut erreichbar; der gepflegte und warme Pool mitsamt der sonnigen Relax-Zone ein absolutes Highlight. Die Villa war für unsere Gruppe von 5 Personen ausreichend groß und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die traumhafte Gartenlandschaft haben wir von morgens bis spät abends ausgekostet. Das gesamte Anwesen zeichnet sich durch eine geschmackvolle Eleganz aus. Unser herzlicher Dank gilt den Gastgebern Gordana und Ivo,die uns mit gelebter Gastfreundschaft willkommen geheißen und durch unseren gesamten Aufenthalt begleitet haben. Herzlichkeit, Fürsorge und Engagement pur! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in der Villa Toni.

Super tolle Villa
Das Haus ist super schön, der Pool warm und sauber, der Blick einzigartig und die Vermieter einfach nur liebenswert! Die Betten werden gewechselt, das Haus wird geputzt und Ivo überraschte unsere Kinder und uns öfters mit einem leckeren Essen. Besser kann ein Urlaub nicht sein! Danke

Super Haus und tolle Landschaft
Ein wunderbares Haus, eine schöne Aussicht, schönes Wetter, liebevolle Vermieter - was will man eigentlich mehr. Man kann hier wunderbar abschalten und zur Ruhe kommen. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig und die schattigen Sitzgelegenheiten laden zum Verweilen ein. Wer es sonnig haben möchte, kommt am sehr gut gepflegten Pool auf seine Kosten. Die Eltern des Vermieters, Familie Cizmic, haben uns zum Start unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthaltes mit einem kleinen Willkommensmahl überrascht. Das Anwesen und der Pool wurde täglich von Ivo gesäubert und gewartet. Auch wenn Sie mal, wie in unserem Fall nötig, einen Arzt brauchen sollten, kein Problem - Ivo hat die entsprechenden Kontakte und für jedes kleine Problem immer eine Lösung parat. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden, in welchem man Getränke, das Allernötigste und auf Vorbestellung auch Brot und (landestypische) Brötchen einkaufen kann. Ein Restaurant ist in der näheren Umgebeung leider nicht vorhanden. Am Hafen, welchen Sie in ca. 15 Minuten bergabwärts zu Fuß erreichen können, gibt es eine "Hafenkneipe" die zum Essen und Trinken einlädt. Alles in Allem ein rund um zufriedenes Urlaubsdomizil. Fantastic villa, perfect in every way!
We are a family of five, two adults and three teenagers, and enjoyed a delightful week at Villa Toni in August. The pictures don't lie, the villa is spacious and very well-equipped - plenty of towels for the showers and pool, every kitchen utensil you could need, etc. There is amble room inside, including three bathrooms, but it's the grounds and pool that really make this place special. There is seating for five around the pool, with umbrellas, and equally plenty of space to sit at a table on the large patios surrounding the villa - with shade from the olive trees all around. The views to the sea one way and the mountains the other are stunning. There is plenty of room to spend time together as a family - and also plenty of space to have some private time with a book or taking a swim too. The owner Ivo makes you feel very at home, he came around first thing each morning to ensure the pool was running ok and tidy up the patio areas, but was in no way intrusive. There was a fruit basket (the fresh figs were fantastic) and a tray of meat/cheese/bread and wine in the villa on our arrival and Ivo also provided us with a delicious bbq meal on one night during our stay. We used the outdoor bbq a few evenings as the villa was just too nice to leave. The villa is set down the end of the road on a dirt track, completely private except for one house next door, so nicely secluded. There is a very small shop a few minutes walk with fresh bread, milk and other essentials. There are larger stores within a 10 minute drive. The walk down to the beach is 15 minutes - uphill on the way back, but not a problem if you are relatively fit. Definitely 5 stars - a place we would not hesitate to recommend and/or return to.

Magnifique séjour dans une villa très agréable avec un accueil particulièrement chaleureux.
Nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse en famille dans cette charmante villa très propre et au cadre particulièrement soigné. Le jardin avec ses multiples terrasses, la piscine et la magnifique vue ont été très appréciés. Les propriétaires, Ivo et Gordana, situés à quelques dizaines de mètres, sont extrêmement chaleureux et toujours de très bon service. La proximité de Makarska et de plusieurs petits villages calmes sont aussi des atouts importants pour cette location. Nous garderons d'excellents souvenirs de notre séjour et recommandons sans réserve cette location.

Rundum perfekt
Das Haus von Gordana und Ivo ist einfach perfekt! Perfekte Gastgeber, die einem verwöhnen und das wunderschöne Anwesen perfekt in Schuss halten. Es fehlt einem absolut an nichts. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ende eine kleiner Strassen und der wunderschöne Garten mit vielen schattigen Plätzen läd zum verweilen ein. Der Pool ist gross und wird von Ivo regelmässig gereingt. In 5 Minuten ist man an einem hübschen Strand mit Restaurants und Bars. Es ist alles super sauber und Gordana und Ivo schauen, dass es nie an etwas fehlt! Wir haben uns hier unglaublich wohl gefühlt und hatten wirklich noch nie so tolle Gastgeber. Liebe Gordana, lieber Yvo vielen herzlichen Dank für Eure Gastfreundschaft, ihr habt uns so verwöhnt. Die Ferien bei Euch in Krvavica waren einfach perfekt!!!

Really Impressive
This was our 1st time to Croatia and we wanted somewhere that was easy to get to yet private, sea views with walkable access to the sea, yet secluded. We certainly found a property that met the brief and the most hospitable and friendly hosts who went out of their way to ensure we had an excellent stay. No hesitation in recommending this villa

Fantastic Relaxing Week
We have just returned from a fantastic week in Villa Toni as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 14 and 10). The booking process was very easy and the owners (and their son, Antonio) replied to all correspondence very quickly. The house is well appointed, very well maintained and clean. It is in a lovely peaceful location with superb views. The house has all necessary facilities for a fantastic family holiday. The outside space is excellent, with a lovely BBQ area and also plenty of shady places under the olive trees for relaxing, reading and eating. The pool was a real highlight and the children (and adults) spent a lot of time in it! The hosts, Ivo and Gordana and simply lovely people. They live locally and are always available if you need any help / information. Ivo also cooked us a superb meal one evening which was a lovely surprise and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! We were even lucky enough to have fresh figs from his own tree which he brought for us. They were delicious! In short, we can highly recommend Villa Toni to anyone.

Perfect holiday for family that wants to relax and have your own pool.
Stayed 1 week in July 2017. Very nice and tidy place with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Good if you have 1 wife and 3 children, 11, 11 and 15:). Kitchen and living room not very big but not a big problem since it was very warm and we eat most of the time in the "garden" under the shade of the olive trees. Great pool (about 1,5m deep). A few restaurants in walking distance and a local grocery store. Very pleased with the good service. /Michael

Great stay and very nice people
We spent 2 weeks in the villa. First the villa is perfect (accommodation, swimming pool, cleanliness ...), outside the villa is a great place for the view and to take meals under the olive trees. On top of that, Ivo, his wife and Antonio (owners) were very caring with us (Ivo is a great chef !). Location is fine too and not crowded like I'm Makarska.

a little paradise
The property is beautifully located and very well equipped. The pool is a real highlight. The accomodation is very clean. the furniture is new and tasteful. The owners are very friendly and ready to help with any problems. In short: a highly recomendable property. We will surely come back.
