The backyard is majestic, with nature abounding, soothing sounds of water flowing in the creek and birds chirping, and the relaxing hot tub. We like to cook and the kitchen was one of the best-equiped rentals we've stayed in. The location is also fabulous, only 10 minutes to Bass Lake (where paddle boarding was my favorite), and 20-30 minutes from the South Gate of Yosemite. “Ideal cabin for a group in the Ponderosa woods. Lots of room and very comfortable. The deck needs some work but otherwise a lovely place. Five hiking seniors enjoyed the ease of driving to the main sites, waterfalls, Yosemite valley and hiking trails. Would go back again!”
