“Bad experience. Low service already at front desk. No breakfast, early check out, loud and noisy.”

“Vicky and the reception team were excellent, had a great time with family for my 30th.”

“Trevlig personal, snabb incheckning. Rummet var rymligt med liten balkong. Fräscht badrum. Beställde frukost på rummet som var väldigt bra. Omgivningen kanske inte så kul.”

“Allt bra centralt och rent”

“After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing...

“Had to go 2 different shops to get keys to the room. Also had to pay bond deposit which I am stll waiting to be refunded.”

“Super convenient location and bang for buck with this place. Highly recommend as you’re close to all the major shops and the water as well.”

“The room was ok but very cold (until we got the air cons on high temperature working). We had bad weather but no isolation made it worse. The woman in the reception was excellent. ”

“The staff were lovely, beautiful clean room and great having coffee right down stairs The hoons at 11.30 very annoying”

“Clean room”

“The photos are misleading. I didn’t realise it was a share bathroom :-(”

“Clean room, very close to the beach, staff is very friendly. No WiFi. 😢”

“Cute Hotel, great location. Nothing to fault. Reasonably priced. Updated rooms. Will stay here again.”

“Check in took longer due to having to wait for the customers in bar getting served first, a number of whom arrived after me.”

“Bad WiFi, hardly worked at all. Reception closed hours before the written closing hour. Which lead to people not being able to check in even though they arrived within the written hour. Didn’t get any cleaning during the first day for some reason. Good parking and a nice pool area. Gerringong is a small but lovely little town with a nice secluded beach. ”
