“Nice house. Long walk to front door for elderly. One bedroom upstairs very nice but warm, not enough countertop space in bathroom. Small shower hard to enter and exit. Kitchen nice and well stocked. Great wraparound porch. Bedrooms downstairs very small, no closet in one. Huge house but space not well utilized .”

“It’s a lovely home. Needed to get batteries for the ceiling fan remote. Grill was unusable. Everything else was great. Had hoped for Mountain Views but the lookouts were not far.”

The extra treats in the kitchen and supplies in the bathrooms were a nice touch. Would highly recommend this house and would rent again in the future.”

“Stunning views, very comfortable, well furnished home. Beds were super comfortable. The view did not disappoint even with cool weather and strong winds. Clara was so helpful with great directions to arrive and super directions for the hikes. This is a beautiful part of the country. We are already planning to return. Had an amazing lunch at Chateau Morrisette which is surprisingly close. I totally recommend this home and the pictures are true to life.”

“This property is a woodland dream! We saw many wildlife everyday! Over 20 species of birds to cheerfully wake up to, deer, turkeys, bear, and even a bobcat made an appearance. It was great! It’s a roomy 3bedroom cabin with all conveniences of home, well furnished with just about anything you would need. Secluded, peaceful and my family loved it! We are planning next years trip already. The owner is very friendly and helpful, tipped us off on fun things to do within 30 minutes from the cabin. We...

“It was the first time my mom had all of her children and grandchildren under the same roof all at once. There was something for everyone, and lots of entertainment. The basement arcade was so much fun. We made incredible memories. Thank you to Tim and Jamie for being wonderful hosts! We will be back!”

“The house was beautiful and spacious. Perfect for me and my friends to hang out and to spread out in when we wanted to. The driveway is steeeep (as warned by the owner). We had a little trouble getting a Prius back up to the road, but managed in the end. Great stay, would definitely go back!”
