“Beautiful hotel, spacious, well renovated, many lighting in the room for different areas, hotel provided ample drinking water and complimentary minibar drinks, friendly front desk. Breakfast was a bit confusing for new guests, long and confusing waiting for services like juice and egg station, they lack clear signage about how to order juice and egg from staff who lack English conversation skills. Location was a bit far from many popular areas. It stated that there was a medical center within...

“We were 6 adults and 2 young children and had 3 rooms. All the rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is small n the pool area quite windy but otherwise it was a great stay. Friendly staff who speak excellent english. Across the street is a big mall and next to the hotel is batam centre Ferry terminal. Will definitely come back!”

“It has provided queen size bed in 2 bedroom as per our request for my family of four. Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board. Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose. ”
