The spacious master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom, while the remaining three bedrooms are arranged with seven single beds in total, including a mix of standard beds and bunk beds, making it an ideal setup for both adults and children. A second bathroom serves the rest of the house and is equipped with both a standalone bath and a standalone shower, giving guests the choice of a quick refresh or a long soak.
The fully equipped kitchen is located in the basement and comes complete with a coffee maker, modern appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A dining table seating six provides the perfect place to gather for breakfast or dinner. On the ground floor, the living room offers a bright and comfortable space to relax, with a smart TV and high-speed WiFi provided throughout the property.
Behind the house, a private patio with outdoor furniture offers a quiet spot to enjoy a morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply some fresh air away from the bustle of the city.

The location is ideal for exploring Bath on foot, with most of the city’s iconic attractions — including the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, and the Thermae Bath Spa — easily accessible.
