“There were four of us staying at the apartment and we were all very happy with our stay. In the apartment we were staying at there were two beds and one sofa bed. I was told that the beds were comfortable but the sofa bed was, as you might expect with a sofa bed, not very comfortable. “It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it.”

“The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !”

“We had a pleasant stay at this flat in Bath for two nights. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, allowing us an early check-in due to a wedding we were attending, which was a thoughtful touch. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the clearly communicated lock box instructions prior to our stay. “We were so impressed with this flat! It was immaculately clean, well stocked with all amenities one could need, and couldn’t be better located to explore Bath. The property managers were very accommodating, and let us drop off our bags early, as we arrived hours before the check-in time, which was greatly appreciated. This flat is absolutely lovely, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to visit Bath! ”

“Walking in the door, the flat is better than the pictures, even tho the pics are great. Amanda provided extras to sooth the parched and hungry traveler, as well as superior bath products. The view across the city, the Abbey and Baths was impressive and the view to the hills was spectacular. I highly recommend the flat for proximity to the highlights of Bath, plus a quiet refuge for rest and relaxing. ”

"Allt var på ytan rent. Men golven i både badrum och sovrum var väldigt lortiga. Troligen har dom bara torrsopat golven under mycket lång tid. Ac:n fungerade dåligt då rummet var bokstavligen som en bastu. Vi informerade receptionen om städningen och ac:n. Tveksam till om något åtgärdades då vi inte märkte någon skillnad. Även om rummet inte var bra så var läget perfekt. Nära till allt. "
