“Veey clean and spacious king size room. Nice, simple breakfast included. Only 1 mile from the downtown strip. Clean pool and grilling area. Only complaint was the door to joining room was thin, and neighbors were coughing and talking clearly. Not in the hotel's control. Great place to stay for the cost. Nice dog-rest area too!”

You could walk the half mile to the shopping area/bathhouses, but you can get closer.
