âVeey clean and spacious king size room. Nice, simple breakfast included. Only 1 mile from the downtown strip. Clean pool and grilling area. Only complaint was the door to joining room was thin, and neighbors were coughing and talking clearly. Not in the hotel's control. Great place to stay for the cost. Nice dog-rest area too!â

âThe room is updated & the furniture is firm.
You could walk the half mile to the shopping area/bathhouses, but you can get closer.
I would certainly stay here again â

âLovely place to stay just outside Hot Springs! You have a view of the mountains, and yet it's only about a minute drive to downtown.
We stayed in the Magnolia Suite which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's on the first floor, and it is very private and incredibly quiet suite! The room faces the front of the B&B with a view of the lawn, a pretty fountain and the mountains.

âOlder place and small, but it was quiet and relaxing. We had to stay in town longer due to a flat tire needing replacing, they help accommade us easily! We also got engaged on the dock, so I say it was pretty amazing! Beautiful and peaceful! â
