The staff were super communicative in the lead up to the booking, they'd asked if we'd prefer a room away from the hall which was hosting a Motown night since they saw we had an infant with us, and they called on the day to ask if we'd prefer the sofa bed or cot for the infant. They provided a small portion of cooked breakfast for the little guy too which was a nice touch! The only downside was the lack of lift, and we had a lot of luggage to...
