“Class is a nice, simple hotel and spa (we didn’t use the spa). It was clean and in a quiet part of town. It was not really walkable to any convenient stores or restaurants (you probably could walk, but there are no sidewalks and as soon as you walk a half-Kilometer, the traffic is pretty heavy - so not too safe). The staff was nice. It had a wet bathroom. We did see ants looking for food - not a big problem if you are careful not to leave crumbs or open food around. We would stay there again -...

“I have booked for 6 nights. When I saw how dirty was the bathroom and that there was no light from the outside ( the room looks like a prison cell), I called hotels.com immediately to cancel my booking for the 5 remaining nights. They couldn't reach the manager and nobody answered their calls. In the morning, before checking out, the staff was able to join the manager by phone. I explained the situation and she agreed to refund me the 5 remains nights. But .... one week later, it appears that...

“This is the best place to stay in the central city, especially if you want to walk around and enjoy the beauty of Malang. The property is in a quiet, lovely, neighborhood, but close enough to walk to car free day, the market at Oro-Oro Dowo, and the Malabar City Forest, as well as other places around Jalan Semeru. The rooms are spacious and super clean with beds with nice linens, the staff is always friendly and they treat guests with kindness.”
