“nice hotel, affordble, near to city heart, nice staff”

“Hotel's ground floor is nice, simple & with the unique lift. However, there's ants on the walls, not sure why. Stayed for one night. - Location is great as it's near the famous Night Market & a supermarket next door. - A nice cosy coffee shop nearby. ”

“Bra service från incheckning till utcheckning. Hotellet håller på att renoveras, detta störde inte förutom att poolområdet var stängt. Fint läge vid floden och nära till waterfront och sevärdheter. Rummen är nyrenoverade och i bra skick. Frukostbuffe med normalt utbud för området. Rekommderas. ”

“The staff were friendly and awesome. Location was pretty near to waterfront and airport (approx RM10 by grab). Just one downside, there’s a Karaoke/pub at level 2 so some rooms got a free (off-key) lullabies from 10am to 2am but hey, I rather that than other noises. But it’s funny when this became a topic of conversations with other tourists staying at Citadine! ”

“There was a fire in my bathroom and they moved me to a different room. The new room they provided the drain backfilled filling up the bathroom floor with sewer water. Make sure that you bring your own toothpaste and soap. Did I mention the cockroach’s? ”

“Well-appointed property by the waterfront providing easy access to the tourist hotspots in town.”
