“The whole place (“resort”) is a construction site ! And I had contact with them several times on WhatsApp, 2 months until a few days before our stay and still they totally failed to mention this even when they know we had a child with us! We had to move to another place after one night (booked and payed for 5 in advanced, never doing that again) since it definitely not safe for a child to be living in a construction site. “Very convenient and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. Readiness of staff and management to assist guests and make their stay here comfortable. Also staff are respectful. They can work on getting an in house restaurant or dinner to make it easier for guests. But in all, my family and I had a great time here. 👍”

“This isn’t luxury. This property isn’t as advertised; don’t be fooled by the pictures. It’s burning but luxury. It’s basically a scam. 1. The beach isn’t private. 2. The place is a construction site with vast areas incomplete, and covered by straw mats 3. There were cockroaches in the room, and insects too. “The property had an amazing ore. There was a slight stinch that lingered and the bed is kinda hard n they don’t give a sheet for u yo sleep with. Overall I’m a satisfied customer ”

“The hotel was not able to honor my booking-- the rooms we booked were not available . No manager was on the site and the only staff who was there was not able to validate our Expedia booking. Alternate rooms they suggested were terrible. We ended up securing rooms in a different facility. ”

“Didn’t meet our expectations at all. Not worth the price! No functional standby generators. Upon arrival, the room wasn’t well cleaned, same for the bathroom. There were mosquitoes in the room as well. The pool a dirty, looks like the water hadn’t been changed in a long time.
