The good points: the staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly even when we turned up at 2am after our flight was delayed. The rooms are big and clean (and didn't see a single mosquito). Air con worked well. Netflix on the tv. Pool was clean. The best bit was being right on the beach. The boys loved playing football and splashing around. It's out of the city centre so very quiet and peaceful and it was great to get away from the insane...

âI went mid week and had a pleasant stay while it is quiet. The hotel is in pretty good condition, when I arrived they were even installing new TVs. It is clean and well maintained, a very good standard for a 3star hotel in Ghana. The food at the beach restaurant was my favourite, try the calamari and fried rice, very tasty. Also nice to have breakfast, hotels.com didnt let me know it was included it was also good. Staff very helpful even though it is quiet during the weekâ

They are professional, courteous, caring and go above and beyond their duties. they are a real credit to the hotel and the manager and I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.â
âWe were able to upgrade to a breakfast and AC which made it nice. The doors to the bathroom didnât close. Periodically there was a smell like sewage in the hallways, but it was only a smell. The beds were clean. The floors were clean. The bathroom does not get hot water. But most places there donât. We did not try the pool, but just know the public can come there to swim during the day. It also cost 15 cedi per day to swim. Security was okay. There is a taxi hub nearby which is nice. ...

Upon arrival, the room wasnât well cleaned, same for the bathroom.
There were mosquitoes in the room as well. The pool a dirty, looks like the water hadnât been changed in a long time.
We suffered power outages at least 4 times and we had to just go out rather than stay in the heat. The annoying thing is, there was no communication whatsoever from the staff or hotel management. We had to pester them...
âIt was an expensive and most of all a fake reservation by Expedia. The hotel didnt know of any reservation. The hotel doen't have internet, no e-mail address. They only except reservations by telefon. I'll make a heavy reclamation at Expedia, once we are back from our journey through Ghana. We finally ended up in a hotel that suggested the taxi driver to us.â
