LUXURIOUS BEACH RETREAT MED DEN BÄSTA FISKE OCH OCEANVISNINGEN I ALLA SARGENT!

Detta lugna bay fronthus har den mest fantastiska stranden vyer och ger det största fisket i hela Sargent. Välkommen till Double Trouble. Detta eleganta hem ombyggdes år 2018 och är den perfekta tillflyktsorten precis vid Intracoastal Waterway.

En av höjdpunkterna i denna hyra är de två privata fiskebryggorna utrustade med de ljusaste fiskljusen i staden som ger utmärkt fiske hela natten efter öring, röd fisk, floder och många andra fiskarter! På bryggan är en helt ny specialbyggd täckt fiskrengöringsstation med el, vatten och handfat.

Sargent är känt för sin exceptionella crabbing och detta område är laddat !! Vi har flera krabba fällor på fastigheten för att du ska använda och njuta! Du kan inte slå en krabba kokar på stranden !!

På kvällarna är det speciellt roligt att titta på solnedgången och delfinerna simma i stugan medan du kopplar av på de lyxiga utemöblerna.

Det finns en top-of-the-line propangrill och vanlig kolgrill tillgänglig för utomhuslagning.

Detta fantastiska hem erbjuder två sovrum och ett badrum! Ett sovrum har 2 dubbla våningssängar. Det andra sovrummet har en full storlek våningssäng med en dubbelsäng trundle säng. Den sovande soffan har en full storlek utdragbar säng. Det är totalt 8 bäddar! Alla sängar har lakan, kuddar med örngott och filtar. Detta hem sover 10 gäster. DirecTV tillhandahålls.

Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du kan behöva; inklusive kylskåp, spis, ugn, diskmaskin, grytor och pannor, tallrikar, bestick, köksredskap, kaffebryggare, mixer, glasögon och mycket mer.

I nedre trapprummet har vi en full tvättmaskin, torktumlare och separat kylskåp för dig att använda och njuta av. Det finns också en liten barnpool, strandleksaker och boogiebrädor du kan njuta av vid huset eller stranden under din vistelse på Double Trouble.

Kom och njut av en fantastisk avkopplande helg i den lilla tysta staden Sargent! Maten är god, stränderna är vackra och fisket är fantastiskt!

It pains me to leave this review!!! We love this property, we have visited several years in a row & it's always our go to for our annual beach trip. This year, the property showed it's wear & tear; the living room AC didn't work & there was a huge fan on the coffee table that was effective but not convenient as we have twin 2 year olds. The dishwasher was completely rusted & full of clean dishes when we got there (not the biggest issue, but who wants to go on vacation and do chores lol). The pool was green & the pool guy was working on it most of the day, then it was shocked so we weren't able to use the pool until the last day of our trip. We also lost power for several hours, can't fault anyone for routine maintenance, but it was just another thing that was an annoyance during our vacation. The biggest ick for me was that the kitchen has roaches....The dock was great, the beds are comfy & unlike most properties this house has enough towels to please a crowd!! The AC in the bedrooms are great, but you have to leave the doors open to keep the common areas & bathrooms cool. Love the distance to the beach, the view is amazing & the fishing is so much fun.

Roaches were everywhere in the kitchen. Especially dishwasher and on countertops at night.

Fantastic!

Our family had a great time! The grands fished from the dock and enjoyed the pool from sun up to sundown each day. Travis was a wonderful host! We will definitely be back!!!

Good set up for close family get together The pool is clutch for action. Sun or shade in middle of the action. Dock area great for fishing. Bait shop near. Enjoy the big boats cruising by. Corner spot has great breakfast tacos also

Definitely a repeat customer

This is the second time we have rented this house for a vacation and I give it 5 stars. The house is clean, has all the supplies and amenities you need. The fishing is also great. We caught a variety of fish including a huge stingray, sand trout, croaker, whiting, and red and very large black drum. The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time going down the slide. We are already planning our third trip. This is my favorite vacation spot at the coast by a landslide! Owners are super friendly and someone comes and cleans the pool during the stay to ensure top notch cleanliness.

House was little smaller than i had imagined but it ended up being ok because we spent all day at the pool and fishing the house comes with so many activities to do. there's plenty of places to sleep. I'd definitely book again.

Great location for fishing and fun

We took 5 teenage girls down to Sargent for our daughter's birthday. They had a blast hanging in the pool and fishing off the dock. In spite of 100 degree days, the evenings and nights were absolutely perfect with the breeze coming off the Gulf. You can tell this area sustained a fair amount of damage from Hurricane Beryl, but everything at the house was clean and in working order. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cool at night. For folks who like to fish and bring boats, this location is conveniently located close to boat ramps, bait shops, and plenty of good fishing areas. Quick tip: If you ever see a food truck down by the boat ramp at the corkscrew bridge called something like "Rolling Bayou Boil", its great. We had boiled shrimp and crab clusters Saturday night and it was excellent. We can't wait to come back.

Birthday Fishing trip for her

This is our 2nd time staying here at this property...Travis and his crew made sure we had everything we needed for this trip. The pool was amazing and the fishing was great. We will be back next year.

Review for a "Non Stay"

This house was damaged by Hurricane Beryl and we were unable to stay there. Travis was absolutely wonderful to work with on getting our refund. He is a very honest person who immediately let me know the house was uninhabitable due to the damage, no power and no water. In fact he was far easier to deal with then VRBO. Our entire group hopes to go this house sometime in the future.

Perfect Getaway

We decided to do a last-minute trip for Mother’s Day. This was the perfect place. My kids loved the pool and there was plenty of room on the piers for multiple people to fish. The area that the house is in is quiet and not a far drive from bait shops or the beach.

Thanksgiving Trip

This location is good just not exactly what we expected. Great fishing spot the kids really enjoyed the outside facilities. The interior of the property is dated and in need of some upgrades. We spent several days with no lights in the bathroom and had to use the facilities via flashlight which was less then ideal for the price per night. Overall not a bad stay but could definitely use some upgrades to the interior

The house is much smaller than pics show it as. The fishing was not good. The patio lights would not work, the light in downstairs bathroom did not work, messaged the owner and didn't get a reply until the next day and was told that he would try to get the handyman to come check it out, needless to say never seen the handyman. The downstairs bathroom had sewer smell anytime water ran in it. The fire pit was over half full of burnt vegetable cans, beer cans and broken bottles. The fishing lights were temperamental. The price paid for this property is too much.

Great time and great fishing

Everything was perfect from the location to the pool we had everything we needed for our getaway the fishing was phenomenal we had a fishing charter booked that was minutes away and never ran out of things to do at the house from fishing to relaxing in the pool it definitely didn’t disappoint the only thing that would have improved the stay was a little bit more comfortable beds but it wasn’t bad for a few day stay thanks for the great time and we will definitely stay again
