“Well maintained, accurate listing, and just a short walk to the beach and the jetty. I especially liked the loft area; it was perfect for the kids to have a separate hang-out area during quiet times. ”

“The location and infrastructure of the property is excellent, as is the communication with the staff. We just really had some problems with the cleaning of the property.”

“Ben and Michael were always available to answer our questions and even let us know things we might enjoy during our stay. The property is a gem on Surfside. The beach so near and you can’t beat the calming sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. The morning walks while the sun rising against the crashing waves so very therapeutic. The beds so comfortable and blankets so soft and clean. We got the much needed rest and sleep now we are fully charged. Definitely both front and back balconies...

“The pictures on Vrbo are nowhere near the condition that it is in. I was embarrassed when I drove up, I said that is not what I reserved. The exterior is in very poor shape. The interior also has issues, the washer did not work, one toilet did not flush properly, there is rust in the shower of the small bathroom, the fan in the living area did not work, the outside deck light did not work, the window units did not keep the place cool for seven people.
