“Always a great stay”

“I have stayed here on 4 seperate occasions in the last 1.5 weeks and each time the stay has been great. You get a welcome drink on arrival (which I was not personally able to use unfortunately), the room is spotless and the aircon is amazing. The bed is huge and super comfy! The staff are really lovely too and it’s very close to Yarraville (where I need to be) and the freeway entry/exit. ”

“The website advertising is quite misleading, giving no clear explanation of what is on offer - indicates you have access to, and sole residency of, the entire house. In fact, what you get is an ensuite bedroom with some light breakfast items supplied, and access to a shared kitchenette, where a TV and microwave are supplied, along with tea & coffee supplies, crockery/cutlery etc. Although different to what we expected to have, it was still very pleasant and quiet, and interaction with other...

“Very nice location. Quiet room. Friendly staff and Good service. Downside is that They have No breakfast Available, but stock up the fridge and make your own.”

“Really cosy hotel! We loved staying here. The place was clean, fresh and cheap. Felt very luxurious compared to many other Melbourne hotels in the same price range. The laundry was free, even the detergent - details like that do a lot of difference. The area is full of restaurants, mostly Chinese and African. Found some really good food here.”

“Net Flex does not work and only one chair was a invalid room otherwise very good. Parking $17”

“Clean room located next to many shops, attractions, and restaurants. The $30/day parking is undercover and there were plenty of spaces available. Highly recommended.”

“We enjoyed our stay”

“Bathroom was quite dirty, alot of mould in the shower, hair on the floor. Lack of hooks in bathroom to hang wet towels. Dusty in the room. Hallways looked quite dirty on the floor. We had to wait a long time on checkout day to pick up our bags as the had too little personnel working then couldn’t find our bags. We left 6 bags there and they had split them all so it was difficult to find.”

“Had a fantastic stay at Punthill Sunshine. The room was huge and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The kitchen was well-furnished, which was a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary still and sparkling water. Highly recommend!”

“Location is convenient for who is working nearby. The carpet didn't seem very clean, few spiders appeared on the night.”

“Parking is secure, but the only issue that we had was parking on 1A and 2A getting our luggage up to the elevators. There are stairs. I would recommend that guests get their luggage out or load luggage on the first floor in the bays intended for registration. Our room was GREAT! It was roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet! Not sure how we rated a room on the 17th floor, but oh what a view! Thanks to the staff for meeting all of our needs!”
