“The property was shady. The bathroom was dirty and was hair in the bath tub. The towels and pillows were dirty. Not worth the money that we paid. We were passing through and just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. When we brought up the dirty bathroom and they blamed humidity. The staff didn’t take my issue into consideration and had an attitude instead of trying to make things better.”

“I booked my stay on expedia.com well in advance. On the day of my travel, I hit construction traffic in Texas and Louisiana and knew that I would get in late. I called the property and informed the front desk of my late arrival, offered to go ahead and secure my room with a credit card for the night and was told by the staff it was not necessary. “Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...

“Everyone was big enough for our family of five to fit comfortably. Breakfast was great! We loved all the toppings for yogurt and oatmeal.”

“2/4 of the rooms even not cleaned up upon arrival. We were going up stairs and found out the rooms are the mess (dirty). Going back and check in another rooms. The smell of the hotel is horrible!
