“Worst stay that I have had in 4-5 years.... Came in on a Sunday and had to switch rooms three times as there was an issue with the first two rooms. On Monday when I saw the hurricane was coming through I told the staff that I would be leaving on Thursday morning to keep my family safe. “Heard more about what they don’t do from front desk and nothing about what they offer. No control over property. Other guests playing loud rap music at early morning hours. Room not well kept. This place was a total turn off. We left early in morning to escape this place!”

“Got there and room was disgusting. Asked to cancel 4 day reservation because of room. Was not offered any options. Contacted expedia and was told that owner would not refund. Even after checking out of room. There were cigarette burns in sheets. Stains on bedding and walls. I contacted expedia about it with pictures and was told owner wouldn't refund any of the 5 nights.”

“Really beautiful hotell..”
