âPros: This is my go to place for my annual ocmd visits. Prime location for enjoying Delaware and Maryland. Walking distance to the beach. Love the free beach chair option and shuttle service.
Cons: pool area was quite crowded all the time. Breakfast area is quite cramped. Possibly remove some of the seating options for more space. Was roomed at the back of the hotel next to the outdoor seating area was noisy at night when we were attempting to rest.
But overall a great stay!

âOur weekend stay at the Waypoint was great. Everything was nicely renovated and clean! We appreciated the staff and their commitment to making our stay a great experience. We were able to walk to the Rehoboth boardwalk, but they also provided a shuttle service. In addition to this, we appreciated the ice machine designed for water bottles. We would definitely stay here again!â
âProperty looks old, but well maintained and was the cheapest option for Fourth of July. Expected to be a lot worse since being the cheapest, but staff was excellent in maintaining the property to be as clean as can be. â
âWhat a treat to stay at the Atlantic Hotel on our way to a beach weekend! Berlin was so lively! The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our late-night arrival, including a delicious meal and drinks on the porch, despite it being almost closing time. Food and drinks were great, and the staff were fabulous! Loved this unique experience in a historic hotel.â
âThe Wellington exceeded our expectations for an inexpensive hotel. It was less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach and boardwalk. The room was updated and clean, but had blinds on the one window and a light outside of it so it was never fully dark. It is also not accessible for anyone who cannot do stairs. That was fine for us, but could be an issue for others. They also have a narrow parking lot so anyone with an oversized vehicle would need to find somewhere else to park The beds were super...
âNice, clean, comfortable room. The bed was harder than I prefer, but I was still able to get a good night's sleep. Christen at the front desk was very friendly and processed our check-in quickly.â
âGreat street to be on for a not too crowded beach experience. So walkable both to the beach and to anything we wanted on Coastal Highway. Crabcake Factory is awesome!â
