“Good location, cool interior and modern rooms makes for a pleasant stay. The room was quiet despite the hotel is on Hollywood Blvd. Cleaning was good but the shower faucet had a life of itself with loose handle and the shower head spread water everywhere. The room was supposed to have robes but we had to ask reception for them. When checking in, at 3PM, there were NO rooms available. We had to wait for 1½ hour before we could get any room. “Nice hotel close enough to Universal. The included breakfast was bagels, yoghurt and coffee. Other meny options and drinks were available for purchase. Ma’s Italian Kitchen on the other side of the street was excellent for dinner when coming back from Universal. But it was pretty busy so reserving a table is a good idea. ”
