“Had decent breakfast daily. Checkin staff were courteous. No microwave in room which was very inconvenient and strange. The room was not very clean. We had someone vacuum under the bed twice and still had garbage under the beds. Paying to park when you are paying to stay at the hotel is a little greedy. Wouldn't stay here again.”

“When I walked into our Best Western room in San Juan Capistrano, I was blown away by how modern and clean the room was. Exceptional room for sure! The room was spacious and very clean. The entire property is well-maintained, and the continental breakfast was legit, including a waffle station. “Overall, not a very pleasant experience. The hotel feels extremely old and outdated, with almost no renovations done for a very long time. It honestly felt more like the cheapest roadside motel than an actual hotel stay. The staff was also not very friendly or welcoming.
