“There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.”

“Excellent location on the boardwalk. The home is well stocked and accommodated our family seven with ease. All of the extra beach equipment, bicycles, scooters, etc. were fantastic and put to much use. Communication with the host was excellent and all expectations were clear and reasonable. “Go for the location alone! The patio is right on Mission Beach, directly on the boardwalk, and the views are fantastic. There’s also a wall A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom, which was a nice bonus if you want a cool place to relax or sleep after a day at the beach.”
