Beach&Sunset Villa

The villa is built in an exotic arabic style, there are six available rooms with size of 25 m², all of which have their own bathroom and toilet. The guest house 🏘️ has a wide salon with a view to the ocean 🌊 and an inside green garden with exotic plants. Right in front there is a private beach area. By steps in the common parts you could go up to te second floor, which is actually an open balcony - over there we have an outside kitchen where you can cook while you enjoy the view of the ocean. The visitors book their own room, but they could use all the common parts of the house, as well the outside shower 🚿 in the back yard.
The villa is right on a huge endless beach of the Atlantic Ocean 🌊. We have a private beach area. The spot is suitable for surfing, fishing, swimming and all kind of water activities. The temperature 🌡️ here is significantly less than the continental part, because of the influence of the ocean - the weather is much more fresh than inside the town! The village's marketplace is located just on a 10 minutes walk by the beach 🏖️, over there you can catch a taxi to town or buy yourself fresh fish 🐠, vegetables, etc. Just by the house is located a restaurant (less than a minute walk). In the area there are constantly living european neighbors. There are no big buildings or boulevards and no traffic at all - it's very quiet and peaceful!
