“The property owner did a fantastic job decorating the condo, thought of everything one would need while there, and the communication with her before our trip was wonderful. Condo is spacious and was perfect for my husband and myself. The condo is very clean, which is important to me. The area is so relaxing. The beach was clean and beautiful. We had a great view of the beach from the balcony, which we used every day while we were there. We would definitely go back to the condo!!”

“The condo was comfortable, clean and had a good variety of kitchenware. The front deck was great but given the hot sun a porch umbrella would have been appreciated. The boardwalk to the beach was well lit and maintained, and as advertised it was only 2 minute walk to the beach. Communication with the rental agent could have been better since instructions on getting into the complex and door code did not arrive until one day in advance. My messages to her went unanswered until then. However,...

“This home is so lovely and clean! Another reviewer said the bed was comfy and I would definitely agree with that. You can actually see the water from the little patio which I didn't realize from the pictures, so that was a nice little surprise. The beach was so quiet and peaceful, and we saw lots of wildlife - crabs, alligators, turtles, plenty of pretty conchs (but make sure they aren't inhabited). The buildings aren't marked the greatest if you are coming in at night so double check your map....

“The layout of the house was great for our group of three families of 5 adults and 5 children under the age of 10. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes! Unfortunately, we could not use the beautiful gas grill because the inside was caked with grease. Fantastic proximity to the beach! It's just a very short walk across the street. House was located very close to other Fripp amenities like pools, restaurants, playground, etc.”
