☛ Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
☛ Set thermostat no lower than 68°F during the stay and to set it at 80° when checking out (summer season)
☛ Set thermostat to no higher than 76° during stay and set to 55° when checking out (winter season).
☛ No shoes inside the house, please
☛ A $500 penalty applies violating our house rules.
