“The house was very large and spacious. It is close to other houses which wasn't crazy about but still a nice stay and neighbors weren't loud. Tracy was very helpful and responded quickly whenever emailed or called/texted. The house is close to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville (10-15min) and Gatlinburg is 30-40min (traffic depending). The pool was down for repairs but Tracy was very generous and offered us alternatives since a pool is one thing we have to have during our stay. Overall I would...

“I gave it a 4 but it’s really a 3.5. Good location on the water. Great view. Plenty of beds (two families, total of 9 people). Dock was ok / sufficient for a weekend. Jet ski port was great. There’s not really a fire pit at the property… it’s just a circle of concrete blocks close to two buildings with very tall grass around it. The basement ceiling is very low so even a 5’5” person has to bend down to shower. The upstairs bedroom has an exhaust fan in it, with a sign that says to turn the fan...

“This was a nice getaway close to all things in the Smokies. The tent is very well stocked and the host thought about everything for your stay. “The cabin was absolutely adorable. Everything was perfect. I would’ve like the hot tub to be larger so we could all have hung out in it together and not had to take turns. Also if y’all could add mirrors in the rooms and maybe one full length mirror would be great! Having four women trying to get ready with only a couple of mirrors was difficult. But that’s an easy fix. Love the look and the decor! ”
