âThe staff are all so sweet and helpful, and I was so grateful to be able to bring my fur baby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be returning in the future.â
âIt wasnât the worst place Iâve ever stayed, but it could have been better. My comforter was dirty & we didnât realize it until right before check out. Also, the cover for the bed had obvious burn holes from cigarettes. The room was humid and smelled musty, and it wasnât completely clean. We found hair that wasnât ours in the shower. It was convenient to get to, and the staff was friendly. I just wish it was cleaner. â
âDen var vĂ€ldigt dĂ„lig. Rummet luktade illa och var skitigt. Det skulle ingĂ„ frukost men det fanns ingen och nĂ€r vi frĂ„gade om det sa det att vi inte kunde fĂ„ frukost pĂ„ grund av covid-19. Badrummet var inte rent och duschen fungerade inte. Min rekommendation Ă€r att vĂ€lja ett annat hotell.â
âUpon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpyâ
âWas very clean for the price. I did not like the fact that we were charged an additional deposit once we got to check in. We checked in around 2 AM and were only in the room for less than 6 hours. Just long enough to sleep. â
âThe hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.â
