“My wife and I had an enjoyable stay here. Michael at the front desk was phenomenal with his customer service. He regularly checked in on my wife and I and helped our stay here feel comfortable. Thank you, Michael!”

“There needs to be a warning for this hotel that there is no elevator. Also, entire hotel smelled like smoke. My rooms bedding, kitchen and bathroom were clean but the floor wasn’t clean, there was food embedded in the office chair and stains on the walls. Also there were cigarette butts and bags of garbage on the floor in the hallway. ”

“Put me in the incorrect room- part of a two room thing - I paid for more and even though they said they would move us they did not. Our room which was to be a king room only had a desk chair and a bed-nowhere to put luggage but desk. Offered to give us a free night at Marriott but we do not travel much where we need a hotel so that is useless to us. Breakfast was horrible- long waits in lines and never refilled muffins bagels bread etc ”

“When I arrived I was told I already checked in which was impossible since this was the first time I stepped foot on the property. Then the lady said there was a card on file for incidentals and it wasn't mine. I told her that and she just kept insisting that it was mine. Then I asked her if there was going to be someone in my room and she said no. So I went upstairs with my kids and there was already luggage in my room. I immediately called the lady and she said you'll just have to talk to...
