“I don't know where to begin. We arrived and there was very limited parking. We went into the lobby to be greeted with a rude front desk worker. He had a thick accent and was upset when we asked him to repeat himself. The lobby was hot and had a bad smell. We went to our room to discover there was no air conditioning. The room is very outdated and just felt very dirty. We ended up using our own pillows and blanket. We had to sleep with the window open, but it was right on the main street so it...

“The property is ideally situated just outside the park - this is reflected in the price. Our cabin was lovely - one individual bedroom with bunks in the kitchen area. This worked perfectly for travelling with our grown up son. Our only very minor issue with the cabin was not having sufficient cutlery etc for 3 people. The bbq is charcoal not gas but this can be purchased from the shop at a sensible price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommend.”

“Nothing wrong with the lodge, it’s old but works. We were cold the first night but managed to solve the heating. If you’re staying more than a night bring your own shampoo and soap since it’s not refilled. The same with coffee in the room.”

“Great location! 3 miles from YNP entrance - 25 minutes from Lamar Valley. The staff were all very helpful and gave us great recommendations on activities...great access to Beartooth Pass and Chief Joseph - checking out Cody, WY and Red Lodge, MT was a bonus we hadn't planned. The motel is rustic but clean - next time we want a cabin for our family. We plan on returning - ty”
