“We did just a small getaway with family from out of town. We live in Dawson Springs and planned a different trip then usually. We normally go ti Gatlinburg, but decided to stay close since our youngest daughter starts Varsity cheer practice today, and wanted to try a new spot closer to home. We truly enjoyed ourselves. ”

“From check in to check out we had a great time. There are 98 stairs going down to the lake so be ready to exercise. It’s worth it! The lake is beautiful and peaceful. The property had everything we needed and more. Beach towels and life jackets were available to use which was really nice. It was dog friendly with gates on the deck. Hosts were helpful, friendly and responsive. 5 stars ”

“The house was lovely and well appointed. It was clean and we really only needed to bring food and beach towels for our stay. They even left us smores fixings. Our favorite part was the back deck that looked out over the water. It was nice to sit out there in the mornings, play games, and use the fire pit. “Awesome lake house! We loved the proximity to the lake and how well stocked the house was with kayaks, paddleboards, floats, life jackets. When we weren't out on the lake, we enjoyed sitting on the indoor and outdoor porches, making s'mores at the fire pit and cooking in the kitchen that had everything we needed and more!A great house for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. ”

“The house and property was much nicer than the pictures even suggest. It was clean, well kept, and offered lots for this blended family with kids of a wide age range. We especially enjoyed the games, woods walks, and hot tub. Easy communication with property owner and super easy check in and out. Secluded and private too. Recommend ”

“We had the best long weekend! The home was gorgeous and very very clean. It was decorated beautifully. It was stoked with all essentials. The hostess was so kind and so easy to communicate with. We rented a boat at Nick’s. We had a great day on the lake. We will definitely be back!”

“We stayed at this home for a weekend getaway. The property was well maintained and comfortable and the outside deck/yard are perfect for hosting BBQ and sitting around the fire. The marina and boat launch were convenient and just a few minutes away from the house which quick and easy lake access to launch the boat and get the lake days started! Our stay was excellent! Would recommend! ”

“This is a great property that can accommodate a larger group easily. The main house is very nice, some highlights were the well stocked kitchen, relaxing den area, and the back porch with a wood burning fireplace (and plenty of firewood available). The bunk house is better for kids than adults, though our adults managed just fine! WiFi worked pretty well for being so remote. "Hotel reception, great staff! We stayed 3 nights....But after missing cleaning our room after 1 night (due to staff shortage they said) we realized shortages. After 2 night... still no cleaning or towel changed...we asked them to fix it in the morning before we went out, but at 6 pm they only changed towel after we complained again, but NO CLEANING AT ALL. Don't book this Hotel, here is lack of engaged staff and obviously managment don't check up Hotel and care. Also in general the Hotel lobby and area around ground floor is porly cleaned."
