“Very nice hotel. Great service with great staff. Appreciated the complementary bottled water, turndown service, classy and comfortable room, quiet and cozy dining room, etc.. Only complaint is that when I received the bill, there were many "extra" charges such as parking (very expensive for a city this size), amenity fee, credit card fee, and taxes adding about $70/night.”

“Very friendly front desk”

“Parking was so easy. The staff greeted us with warmth. Chris was so kind when we checked in. He talked to my daughter about UT since we were there visiting. He gave us some great recommendations for dinner and just went above and beyond for us. Our breakfast the next morning was delicious and Ebony at the front desk was so kind and gracious to us. The staff here is definitely the best I have ever come across.”

“Super cute fairytale-like themed rooms, gorgeous gardens and fun amenities like the fire pit, games areas and hammocks. We had the farm-to-table meal: delicious spring mix salad, very mid pasta alfredo with chicken main and cheese cake for dessert. The setting was beautiful, but the food didn't really match the "chef prepared" hype I was expecting. Nonetheless, we were happy to have the offering so we didn't have to travel out and sitting family style we met some other interesting...

“Room was clean, although the website said the pool was open from May/September. Upon trying to use the poop that was filled, we were told that it didn’t open until the end of the month. We were there on May 14th. ”

“Great staff”

“Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. ”

“Felt a little unsafe. Property didn’t look well kept. The person who checked me in was wonderful. When I got to my room it smelled bad. The bed and bathroom were clean. I would only stay here again if I had no other choice. The couch in the room was torn & tattered too.”

“Pool was dirty. Bathroom eas too smsll. Overalk the property was in disrepair. Staff was confused. Two desk clerks told me no problem withvearly check out after zi showed them Experia coomment to check with staff. They told me to just check out. The day i checked out, the desk clerk would not give me a recreipt and to go through Expedia. Very rude. ”

“This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”
