Landscaping was so beautiful and attention to detail was noticeable. The food at dinner was very inadequate and substandard. It was served and done in 35 minutes. We were not offered any drinks or even shown a drinks menu. ”

“I booked a room at Hawthorne Extended Stay in Knoxville, Tennessee, but it turned out I was actually booked at La Quinta Inn. That was a bit of a surprise and honestly pretty frustrating, especially since I noticed that Expedia had different prices for each hotel, which felt misleading. I would say that the picture in the Expedia is deceiving. La Quinta hotel looked renovated in the outside and the lobby looked nice, but the area around it wasn’t great. “Breakfast was a little salty, and you have to pay about $8 for it, but it got the job done, and there was free coffee. The staff was wonderful, check-in was at 3pm and checkout was at 12pm. It was a great experience. ”
