âOne of the best rooms Iâve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Werenât rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.â
âThe Oliver Hotel is a charming step back in time with modern conveniences. We loved the personal and friendly nature of the staff. The choices for local food was great, especially the Creperie. The small shops close by made for a fun shopping experience. Driving back and forth to UT was a breeze. The only negative was that the Market park was unwalkable in the evening due to homeless individuals. â

âThis hotel was wonderful! We felt comfortable because it was clean, the maids did a wonderful job! The area is sort of a college town, bars, and such. It has a good vibe but our view was of the alleyway and saw a few weird things outside. But the inside was great and so were the employees, speedy check in included!â
âExcept for navigating our way out of the parking garage, the entire stay was WONDERFUL! Everything there was so clean and luxurious. The staff were all accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous. The bed was great, but the pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on! â

âEveryone was super helpful and nice. The valets took extra care of my vehicle. They were helpful in giving info about the area. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The only downside was one of the lamps on the right side of the bed didnât work. I normally sleep on that side. Bed was large. It was comfortable. I had a great view of Neyland Stadium and the campus. Iâd stay here again. Wish they had soda and snack machines. The gift shop had coke products only. â
âWe had a great short stay at this hotel in Knoxville. All the staff, from the front desk to the valets, were kind and helpful. Our room was clean and well appointed, the breakfast was good, and everything was clean. â
âOur stay was AMAZING! Knoxville is a boring city, but the hotel made up for it. The staff was OUTSTANDING from check in to the bar and the breakfast staff. If we ever had to stop through again, weâd definitely stay again!â
âThe valet service was exceptional! I had a 12hr drive that day and was very weary. They were helpful, patient, and even recommended an excellent restaurant! Well done!â
