The only (minor) drawbacks were that there was noticeable wear and tear in a few places in home (the paint, the kitchen cabinets, outdoor living spaces). Sort of to be expected with rental properties. Great location for several nice golf courses. Plenty of space for 4 guys to each have their own room and bathroom. Game room was a nice feature!”
