“Stay over most due to the hotel is very close to Heathrow T2 and it is very close. I had already pay my visit and was two in reception and one was avaible at my check out time. I think I clocked almost 10 min from I left my room until I start to check in my luggage at the check in desk at departure desk in T2. Always expensive on airports, but the hotel’s restaurant was more expensive compare to one at T2.”

“It wasn’t good at all, second day I went outside to meet a friend and gave the key back so I won’t lost it. When I came back and asked for the keys, she said we thought you have left already. I said I have booking for one more day. She already booked someone in my room their. What a night mare”

“The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

“The room was beautiful, warm and comfortable. The stay itself was pleasantly quiet with no disturbances and the tap water tasted clean. The amenities were clean and easy to use, if this room were my own home, I would be extremwly happy and I would personally stay again.”
