“Do NOT book this property. ​ We booked a stay at Spencer Bridge By AFL for July 25–26, expecting a smooth experience. Instead, we were left stranded with zero advance notice. ​The host cancelled/refused our accommodation on the very day of check-in without giving us prior warning. “It is a well run and well managed B&B a short walk from the colleges and the vibrant city center. Marria does a wondrous performance in the kitchen. With Guido keeping me well informed of what Cambridge had to offer.”

“A really nice place to stay with a lovely hostess (very helpful!) We got our room just under the roof. A lot of stairs (but everyday exercise is good for you!) Lovely view out over nearby area through roof window. The beds was on each side of the bathroom so not something fir lovers but after nearly 30 years marriage it doesn't matter. Good English breakfast, made while waiting. Could take some time but definitely worth the wait! :) If ever nearby again, we sure will check out Alexandra...

“If you need a place to stay in this area, this is a perfect spot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend the dinner here as well. We even had horses in the fenced area right off our patio. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the area!”
