“This place has potential, but there are several things that need to be done for the property to bring it up to the standard of a vacation rental. First and foremost, it needs a deep cleaning. We spent our first full day of vacation cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are awful. Awful. The appliances are in need of replacement. “The kitchen was very well-supplied with pots, pans, dishes, serving utensils and flatware and well-organized with labeled cabinets. Comfortable beds with cozy comforters and many useful amenities supplied.It had a lovely water view of the wide cove and our adult children enjoyed using the canoe as well.”
